OITOM is a fine dining restaurant in Kota Kinabalu that redefines Sabah’s culinary heritage. Our name means “black” in the Kadazan-Dusun language — our interpretation of art on a black canvas. Inspired by indigenous traditions and ingredients sourced from Sabah’s farms, forests and seas, we have created a dining experience unlike any other restaurant in KK: New Sabah Cuisine.

We recommend booking in advance for your preferred date, as all our ingredients are freshly sourced and prepared for the “HERITAGE” Full Experience Menu on the day of your reservation.
