What is OITOM?

Is OITOM a good choice for fine dining in Kota Kinabalu?
Yes. OITOM serves two fixed tasting menus built on Sabah's own farms, forests and seas, cooked with modern technique by Chef Raphael Lee. It is listed in the Malaysia Tatler Dining Guide.
How much is the tasting menu at OITOM?
The Introduction menu is 5 courses at RM88 per person. The Heritage menu is 8 courses at RM316 per person. Prices exclude the 15% service charge and government tax, and wagyu supplements are extra.
Do I need to book OITOM in advance? How much is the deposit?
Booking is recommended, through UMAI on this website. A deposit secures the table: RM40 per person for Introduction and RM100 per person for Heritage, deducted from your final bill. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
What are OITOM's opening hours?
OITOM serves dinner Monday to Saturday, 7pm to 11pm. It is closed on Sundays.
Is OITOM halal?
OITOM is not halal-certified. The kitchen is pork-free.
What is New Sabah Cuisine?
New Sabah Cuisine is OITOM's take on Sabah's culinary heritage, cooked with contemporary technique. It uses micro-seasonal ingredients from Sabah, such as tuhau, buah kulim and Kundasang highland produce.
Can OITOM cater for dietary restrictions?
Tell us about dietary restrictions at least 72 hours before your booking. We are unable to accommodate vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free requests. Menu selections cannot be changed within 48 hours of your reservation.
Does OITOM offer private dining?
Yes. Private dining is available for groups of 15 guests or more. Message us on WhatsApp at +60 14-329 9375 to arrange it.
Is OITOM good for a birthday or anniversary dinner?
Yes. Many guests book OITOM for birthdays and anniversaries. Mention the occasion when you book on UMAI or WhatsApp.
Are children welcome at OITOM?
Yes, children are welcome, and a children's menu is available on request.
