For a birthday, an anniversary, a proposal dinner or a company night out in Kota Kinabalu, OITOM gives the evening a menu worth remembering. Chef-owner Raphael Lee's New Sabah Cuisine is served as a tasting menu, course by course, at Sutera Avenue off Jalan Coastal.

Birthdays and anniversaries

Tell us about the occasion when you book on UMAI, or send us a WhatsApp message, so we know it's a special night. A tasting menu turns dinner into an evening: eight courses for Heritage, five for the Introduction menu.

Heritage, 8 courses, 316 per person. The full account of New Sabah Cuisine, from coconut candlenut with tiger prawn and Hokkaido scallop to tompeh and panggi. Introduction, 5 courses, 88 per person. Private dining for groups

Private dining is available for groups of 15 guests or more, for celebrations, family gatherings and company dinners. Message us on WhatsApp at +60 14-329 9375 with your date, number of guests and occasion, and we will arrange the details with you.

Children and families

Children are welcome, and a children's menu is available on request.

Good to know before you book

Dinner is served Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM; we are closed on Sunday. A deposit secures your table: 100 per person for Heritage or 40 per person for Introduction, deducted from your final bill.

Tell us about dietary restrictions at least 72 hours ahead. We are unable to accommodate vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free requests, and menu selections can't be changed within 48 hours of the booking. The kitchen is pork-free; OITOM is not halal-certified. American Express is not accepted.
