What we serve
OITOM is not a café or a quick bite. It is a fine-dining restaurant serving New Sabah Cuisine: Sabah's own ingredients, such as tuhau, buah kulim and Kundasang highland produce, cooked with contemporary technique and served as a tasting menu.
Heritage, 8 courses, 316 per person. The full account of New Sabah Cuisine, from coconut candlenut with tiger prawn and Hokkaido scallop to tompeh and panggi. Introduction, 5 courses, 88 per person. A first taste, with the signature brioche roll, tuhau laksa with aged coral grouper and a wagyu course. Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia and exclude the 15% service charge and government tax. Opening hours
Dinner, Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Closed on Sunday. We do not serve lunch.
Booking a table
Reservations are recommended and are made online through UMAI. A deposit secures your table: 100 per person for Heritage or 40 per person for the Introduction menu, deducted from your final bill. Walk-ins are welcome when a table is free.
Tell us about dietary restrictions at least 72 hours ahead. We are unable to accommodate vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free requests. The kitchen is pork-free; OITOM is not halal-certified.
